First of all, a comparison of this edition with the one by Argent Films (UK) (more details @ DVD.Reviewer.co.uk, where I took the liberty to "borrow" the screencaps from):

To my eyes, the UK edition's picture seems to be a tad less sharp, and the colours oversaturated (orangey skin tones being but one manifestation), but that might be down to the screenshooting technique DVD Reviewer uses, because I noticed the same when comparing "Dark Angel" by Media Suits / MGM (Japan) against their screencaps...

RE the two English dub tracks; the 1st one (sample) is supposedly the same as "heard" on Anchor Bay Entertainment & Blue Underground's treatments of this film. The 2nd (sample), sounding clearer to me, is new, supposedly (again, because I've no means of verifying it) being released on DVD for the first time!
