Hmmm, interesting! Not taking the specks of dust, spots & whatnot into account, the video stream on the DVD matches the broadcast version frame by frame throughout BUT for the short piece of colour footage from 5:01 to 5:05, where you can see that the peacock is the same, but the background is different (and much, much cleaner)! :-OOO

*it says "1.66:1" on the cover, but it's a mistake

Again, this 2023 Blu-ray appears to share the same master the 2008 DVD had come from - they just up'd the brightness a little for *some* reason. The common genesis is also evidenced by identical restoration artefacts - for instance, notice the missing bit of the window over the girl's head:
